The Welcome offer Is exclusively for new Casino Time registrants. These new accounts can obtain a 100% Deposit Match, up to $1,000.

Promotional Period

The promotion is valid from April 16, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST to March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST, unless terminated earlier by Casino Time, in our sole discretion.

Eligibility

• New Casino Time accounts only.
• Players must be 19 years of age or older and playing within the province of Ontario and not on our self-exclusion list, a provincial self-exclusion list and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person.
• All personal identifiable information associated with a players account must be kept up to date and must be verifiable by Casino Time.
• Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Casino Time Inc. are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Casino Time reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and may refuse or restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in the promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion. Claiming The Offer

$1,000 Deposit Match (up to)

• The first deposit minimum is $10.
• Deposit Match will equal the first deposit, up to a maximum of $1,000 in Bonus.
• Deposit Match offer expires 14 days after the player activates the promotion (at first deposit).

Limitations on Participation

Individuals may only participate in one (1) Welcome Offer promotion. By participating in this promotion, an individual is ineligible to participate in similar promotions offered by our Casio Brand, Bingo Brand, Sportsbook, or Poker Brand.

Wagering Requirements

$1,000 Deposit Match (up to)

• The wagering requirement is 15X the Bonus amount. Example: if an individual receives a $10 Bonus, the player must wager $150 to cash out the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The Bonus wagering requirement must be completed within 14 days of the qualifying first deposit.
• Individuals can opt out of a bonus at any time.
• Should the individual opt out prior to completing the wagering requirement, the Bonus and winnings associated from the bonus will be removed from the player’s account.
• Individuals can opt in to multiple bonuses at the same time, but their wagering will only contribute toward a single bonus wagering requirement at a time. Wagering will always apply to the first activated bonus, unless the individual pauses that bonus and resumes wagering on another bonus in the promotions tab. Individuals can pause and resume using bonuses multiple times until they expire.

Game Contributions toward Bonus Wagering Requirements

The percentage of your wager that counts toward your wagering requirement varies based on the game you are playing.

100% Contribution

Classic Slots, 3D Slots, Jackpot Slots, Video Slots, Scratch Cards, Mini Games, Virtual Games, Bingo. Example: Wager $100 on Slots counts as $100 towards bonus wagering requirements.

20% Contribution

Live Casino (all games), Table Games, Video Poker, Keno, Live Poker, Live Blackjack (real money wagers), Live Game Shows, Instant Win. Example: Wager $100 on Table Games counts as $20 towards bonus wagering requirements.

0% Contribution

Order of Funds Used for Wagering

For a Deposit Match Bonus, the deposit amount + bonus amount + any associated winnings are restricted until the wagering requirement is completed. The restricted amount is wagered first, followed by any available balance. For even greater certainty around the issue of “order of funds used”. Within the restricted amount, the deposit amount is used first, followed by the bonus amount.

After an individual’s account is credited with a bonus and a new game session is started. The bonus will be used first to complete the wagering requirements. Upon completion of the wagering requirements, any winnings will be credited to the individuals cash balance. Subsequent wagers will be debited form the cash balance.

Withdrawal Restrictions

$1,000 Deposit Match (up to)

• An individual must first complete the wagering requirement prior to being able to cash out the Bonus or any associated winnings.
• To cash out any remaining deposit amount prior to completing the wagering requirement, the individual must first opt out of the promotion.
• By opting out, any Bonus received because of the Deposit Match bonus will be forfeited including any associated winnings.
• Example 1: Individual deposits $1,000 and receives a $1,000 Deposit Match bonus. Subsequent slot wagering results in a $700 loss, upon which the individual decides to opt out of the bonus. The individual will have $300 remaining in their account, after forfeiting the full bonus and any associated winnings.
• Example 2: Individual deposits $1,000 and receives a $1,000 Deposit Match bonus. Subsequent slot wagering results in winnings of $700, upon which the individual decides to opt out of the bonus. The individual will have $1,000 remaining in their account, after forfeiting the full bonus and any associated winnings.

General Terms & Conditions

By entering or opting-in to this promotion, each participant agrees for themselves and for their heirs, executors, and administrators to the following:

• To release and hold harmless Casino Time, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly. Whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in this promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the reward(s) or any portion thereof, including motor vehicle use and/or travel rewards.
• To be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and to waive any right to claim any error or ambiguity in the promotion or its T&C’s. To be bound by all decisions of Casino Time, which are binding and final. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of all reward(s).
• To defend and indemnify released parties form all claims or liability resulting or arising from this promotion including acknowledging that released parities have neither made, nor are liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law.
• To posting participants name(s), image, and voice for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes, in all media, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, permission, approval, or consent. Including Casino Time websites, mobile applications, social media, and advertising channels or platforms.

Released parties shall not be liable to any participant or any other person for failure to supply a reward or any part thereof, by reason of:

• any acts of God including earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, public health emergency, severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labour dispute, civil disturbance, riot, or any other cause beyond the control of Casino Time.
• any governmental or quasi-governmental entity’s action, regulation, order, or request.

Released parties are not responsible for and are not liable for:

• Any inaccurate information, from any source or cause.
• Hardware, software, technical, communication, or network failures which may limit or interfere with an individual’s ability to participate in this promotion.
• Human errors or omissions which limit or interfere with an individual’s ability to participate in this promotion including printing errors, typographical errors, administrative errors,
• Entries or notices which are lost, stolen, late, damaged, undeliverable, inaccurate, unreadable, incomplete, or misdirected.
• Any costs or expenses to persons or property including but not limited to damage to any mobile or computer devices related to participation in, accessing or downloading data from a Casino Time platform.

The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Casino Time reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any promotion, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, in its sole discretion. This includes the right to cancel this entire promotion or to exclude any individual(s) from participation for any reason, in its sole discretion.

Rewards are issued as non-withdrawable site credit, unless otherwise expressly stated In writing in the terms and conditions.
