OFFICIAL RULES

1. Description of Promotion

Welcome to the weekly competition (the “Promotion”), where, subject to these Terms and Conditions, eligible participants who satisfy the Promotion Requirements (as defined in Section 4 below) during the Promotion Period (as defined in Section 2 below) will receive the Promotion Bonus (as defined in Section 5 below). The Promotion is sponsored by Casino Time Inc., (the “Sponsor”). In these Terms and Conditions, a reference to “you”, “your” or “participant(s)” is a reference to persons wishing to participate in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion and redemption of the Promotion Bonus is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of, and compliance with all requirements set out in, these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin at 00:01 AM ET on March 5, 2026, and conclude on 11:59 PM ET on March 8, 2026 (each such day a “Promotion Day” and collectively the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

• To enter the Promotion, you must be at least 19 years of age, have a Casino Time Account (as defined in Section 6 below) and be physically present in Ontario when you participate in the Promotion. You must also have completed at least one deposit successfully to your player wallet.
• Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus.
• Individuals who have entered any self-limited or government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency, the Sponsor and/or one or more of its affiliates and/or gaming license partners and persons on a Disassociated Patrons, Self-Limit, Involuntary Exclusion, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions in which the Sponsor and/or its affiliates and/or gaming license partners operate are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus.

4. Action Required

To participate in the Promotion on any Promotion Day of the Promotion Period, access an Eligible Game, use your Casino Time Account to make one or more Casino wager(s) on the eligible casino game (“Eligible Game”) available for the “competition” during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Wager”).

Wagers placed on a casino game that is not the Eligible Game will not earn any points.

Wager Method: Log into your Casino Time Account and while playing the Eligible Casino Games (as defined in Section 10 below), receive 1 point on the competition for every one dollar ($1 CAD) wagered. Top 10 places eligible to receive prize.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

Upon completing the Promotion Requirements for their respective jurisdiction, players will earn Cash corresponding to their place on the competition (the “Promotion Bonus”).

The Promotion Bonus will be automatically credited to each winner's Casino Time account once the promotion concludes.

Participants can check the competition standings in the ranking page. Please note that the leaderboard page does not update dynamically — players must manually refresh the page to see the latest results.

Participants with the same Point totals will be ranked based on who reached the point total first to who reach the point total last.

Promotion Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, provincial, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Promotion Bonus received, regardless of whether the Promotion Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Promotion Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the publication of your full first name and last name initial along with standing (rank and points earned) on such competition on our website, mobile applications and social media platforms.

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, you must have an active real money verified account on CasinoTime.ca. Creating a Casino Time Account is free; however, you will be required to verify your identity and agree to the Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the website (as set out below). If you do not agree to the Casino Time’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you cannot create a Casino Time Account or participate in the Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the eligibility requirements in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in the Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Should you wish to cancel your participation in the Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at customersupport@casinotime.ca However, any Promotion Bonus amount in your Casino Time Account may be forfeited.

14. Additional Terms

The Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of the Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in the Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning the Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in the Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.

Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming the Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by the Sponsor’s own negligence. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus. In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and its affiliates.

Dispute Resolution: The parties each agree to settle all disputes through this dispute mechanism and the terms and conditions of this promotion. All Disputes will be settled by the Sponsor, Casino Time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF THE SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

List of Promotion Winners: For any legally required winners’ list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at Attn: Casino Time Inc 1600 Bath Road Kingston Ontario Canada K7M 4X6. All such requests must be received within 3 months of the Prize Draw.

Governing Law / Limitation of Liability: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

Miscellaneous: No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
